As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex datasets and strategic execution, ensuring every business decision is backed by actionable intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into scalable data products by acting as the strategic liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
- Architect intuitive dashboards and reporting suites that empower departments to track performance autonomously
- Drive data literacy across the organization, mentoring non-technical peers on leveraging BI tools for daily decision-making
- Uncover growth opportunities by interpreting complex datasets to provide proactive, consultative recommendations
- Ensure data alignment by collaborating with the Data team to maintain high-quality, reliable data outputs
- Optimise resource allocation by identifying and prioritising the highest-impact analytical projects for the business
Skills
- Proven experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence, ideally within a fast-paced or hybrid environment
- Advanced SQL skills and professional proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, looker Studio
- Strategic communication skills with a natural ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong business acumen, with a track record of identifying stakeholder needs and delivering data-driven solutions
- Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science)
- Experience in e-commerce or the travel-tech industry
- Familiarity with predictive modeling or advanced statistical analysis
