Responsibilities
Engage with prospective travelers to learn about their vacation preferences and travel objectives

Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel experiences
Assist clients in selecting and securing travel arrangements that meet their needs
Maintain ongoing communication throughout the planning and booking process
Present supplier promotions, exclusive offers, and special travel opportunities
Develop strong client relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, reservations, and planning details
Remain informed on industry news, destination trends, and supplier updates
Participate in virtual training sessions and continuing education programs
