Intellectt Inc is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will bridge business and IT teams, support WMS implementations, drive system integrations, and ensure successful warehouse rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for WMS solutions
- Support WMS implementations, deployments, and warehouse rollouts
- Work with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and Business Operations
- Coordinate integrations across Order Management, TMS, Procurement, Finance, and other enterprise systems
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide project updates
- Support label design, printing, and warehouse process improvements
Skills
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS, supply chain, and distribution operations
- Experience with enterprise system integrations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% during warehouse deployment phases (travel expenses reimbursed)
