Role Overview

This role is responsible for service delivery management and oversight, process improvement, tooling evolution, and operational standardization. The position acts as a critical link between bridge operations, PMO, and tooling teams, ensuring projects are onboarded efficiently and execution continuously improves.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include process improvement and standardization, tooling ownership and evolution, bridge lifecycle support, project onboarding and PMO partnership, change management and operational stability, data, reporting, and efficiency gains, and scale and expansion across the organization.
