You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. Your primary focus will be on communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering, and becoming a product and solutions expert. **Key Responsibilities** * Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology * Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat * Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering * Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred * Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers! * Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Experience working with multilingual customers and teams * Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials * Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software * Strong product knowledge and industry trends * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
